Singapore, registered:                   $4 + $0.50 per additional item
Singapore, TA-Q-BIN Day After:      $7  (cut off time 3pm, orders on Mon-Fri)

     

Malaysia, Brunei      : $5 + $1.50 per additional item
Zone 2 Countries      : $12 + $3 per additional item
Zone 3 Countries      : $15 + $4 per additional item

Normal mail is selected at the customer’s own risk,. We are not responsible or liable in any way for lost packages sent through normal mail.

Local & International Registered Mail

Tracking number is emailed to you for all registered mails. Status can be checked at www.singpost.com or sg.ta-q-bin.com

Registered mail requires a person to sign for the package. If no one could receive your order during delivery, a notice of collection or redelivery will be left for you. It is the customer's responsibility to use the tracking number provided to trace their order. We are not responsible for updating each customer on their order's whereabouts. 

** International customers note: Once your order arrives in your country, your national postal service will take over the handling of delivery to you. Please check with them if you think you may have missed the delivery. We label your contact number on the front of your package, therefore the post office should be able to contact you easily if there is any problem. 

Delivery Times

We ship out orders regularly Mondays - Fridays.

Please allow approximately 2 - 5 working days for local orders, 5 - 15 working days for international orders.

If you purchased an item that is on back-order (stated on the product page), your entire order including other items will be shipped only when the back-order item has arrived. This could take 1 - 2 weeks of waiting time, depending.

If you want your other items delivered to you first, you will have to place two separate orders - one for in-stock items (delivered to you immediately) and another order for back-order items.

Unclaimed/Undeliverable packages

Unclaimed or undeliverable packages that are mailed back to us are subject to re-shipping costs borne by the customer.

We will email you with instructions to make payment for your order’s shipping fee again. A photo of the unclaimed/undeliverable package can be sent if requested.

If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, there is a 10% restocking fee.

We will send up to two reminders for re-shipping, and after 6 months, we reserve the right to take back the unclaimed/undeliverable orders without issuing a refund.

So... remember to enter the correct address, keep track of your order, and don't hesitate to check with your post office!
